Welcome! My name is Rachel and I am the creator of The Self-Care Seed Co.®

Established in 2020, The Self-Care Seed Co. is a mental health awareness and wellness brand. 

Featured in Yahoo! Business, NBC, CBS, and more, The Self-Care Seed Co.® is a woman-owned brand that is committed to ending the stigma of mental health through education, awareness, and empowerment. We now focus primarily on content creation and no longer sell any goods. My wellness shop featured specially curated items that encourage self-care, mental health awareness, and mindfulness. Every purchase donates 10% to Mental Health America, The National Alliance on Mental Illness, and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. 

During the early stages of my own healing journey, I saw the present stigma of mental health and wanted to change the narrative to help people gain access to resources and feel less alone. Thus, The Self-Care Seed Co. was born as my passion project.
